Our Herb Salami is hand dipped and the herb spices are added by hand to perfection. Wagener's has been using this hand dipping technique ever since we started making Herb Salami. This hands on technique allows us to ensure proper distribution of the herb spices and to ensure each Salami is inspected before it is vacuum packed. Our Herb Salami is a very flavorful product with a mild to medium taste. Find out more
