How Do I Place An Order?

 

Order online - Our online order system is safe and secure. All data is encrypted and authenticated and therefore secured. You can make changes and review what you have entered before your order is placed and a confirmation email will be sent directly to you. Order Confirmation

 

After your order is completed, you will automatically be sent an "Order Confirmation" email to the email address you entered during checkout. This confirmation will include both an invoice for record of payment and your Wagener’s order number. This email is your receipt. Please review it upon receipt to check for any unwanted errors. If you do not receive an "Order Confirmation" there may be an error in your email address within our accounts. Contact us at orders@wagenersmeat.com and we will send a new order confirmation.

Using Promotional Codes

 

Join our email list! By doing so you will receive all of our Promotional Codes, these codes can give you discounts on specific items, or significant discounts on any item you choose. These codes can be applied during the checkout process for big savings.

How Will My Order Ship?

 

All orders are shipped directly from our production facility in Toronto using Standard Ground Shipping. Please note we only ship within Ontario at this time. The average transit time is between 1-7 business days (not including pre-ship time) for any destination within Ontario. Your order is important to us and we will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Returns / Cancellations

 

We do not accept Cancellations or Returns of any items sold on our website due to the nature of the products being . Please ensure that you have reviewed your order at checkout before placing order. Verify you have entered the correct product, quantities, shipping address and email address.
